While we were in Salome, AZ, founder of Habitat's Care-a-Vaners Jack Wolters liked to remind us, "What comes around comes around." Further light was shed on his philosophy yesterday when several of us (in our official t-shirts) showed up at Coffee Slingers in downtown Oklahoma City. A local man named Joel Limpic asked us what we were all about, then bought mochas for Tony, Dani and I. He apologized to the rest - who'd already ordered their drinks - that he couldn't buy theirs.
We'd like to thank Joel, wherever he is after riding away from Slingers on his city bicycle, for reminding us that being a kind person is fundamental to the improvement of our world.

Let's hear it for Joel and kind people everywhere. What a difference they can make!
